  • Identity and contact data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number.
  • Delivery and billing data: postal address, country.
  • Order data: items ordered, amount, history.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We never store your card numbers.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Managing orders, deliveries and returns — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Customer service and handling of complaints — performance of the contract and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
  • Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
  • Newsletter and marketing communications — consent (art. 6.1.a), which can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Audience measurement and improvement of the Site — consent for non-essential cookies.
  • Fraud prevention — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

4. Retention periods

  • Customer account data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years from the last contact.
  • Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
  • Prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum.

5. Recipients

Your data is intended for the internal departments of Alo and for its processors acting on instruction: site host, payment provider, carriers, emailing tool, audience measurement solution.

No data is sold to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may be established outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death.
