Returns policy

Return period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item that is not right for you, without having to justify your decision.

This period is more favourable than the 14-day statutory withdrawal period provided for by articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Conditions of acceptance

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered;
with all its labels and hygiene seals intact;
returned in its original packaging;
accompanied by the order number.

Personalised items, underwear and swimwear whose hygiene seal has been removed, and earrings, cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

How to return an item

Write to contact@alo-outlet-eu.shop stating your order number and the item or items concerned.
Our customer service replies within 48 working hours with the return address and what to do.
Pack the item carefully and enclose the return slip provided.
Hand the parcel in to the carrier indicated and keep your proof of posting.

Return costs

Unless stated otherwise in the return confirmation email, return postage is borne by the Customer, in accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Return costs are met in full by Alo where the item delivered is defective, damaged or does not match the order.

Exchanges

We do not carry out direct exchanges. To obtain another size or colour, return the item and then place a new order. Your refund is processed as soon as the return is received.

Damaged item or wrong order

If you receive a defective item, or one different from the item ordered, contact us within 14 days at contact@alo-outlet-eu.shop with photographs of the item and its packaging. We arrange the return at our expense and proceed with replacement or a full refund.
